Our first order of business is to get a good sense of what you envision for your finished item. We set up a consultation to go over in detail what will be required and what color and finish you desire. It is here that we will create you a sample to match your vision.

Once you have approved the sample and we have received your product(s) we will being the prep work. This can include but is not limited to sanding, filling cracks or minor holes, and taping off any glass. Should your item arrive to our warehouse with defects or insue damage we will contact the manufacturer to have the item replaced or fixed, in an effort to provide you with a positive stress-free experience.

After your item(s) have been prepped we being the painting and/or staining process. We make sure that every layer of product is professionally applied and allowed the proper amount of time to dry to ensure a perfect end result.

Once your item(s) have been completely finished they are then set aside and stored for pickup. Should you require your item(s) to be shipped, we will pepare and carefully package each shipment to be ready for your carrier.
